Tracy’s unwavering dedication to her students, colleagues, and the counseling profession has left an undeniable impact, shaping countless lives with her compassion, wisdom, and tireless advocacy.
Tracy’s influence extends far beyond the walls of her school. Former students, now counselors themselves, credit her as their guiding force. One such former student turned counselor, Amy Zaniewsk of Madison High School, reflects:
"Tracy was my school counselor over a decade ago, and during some of my most difficult moments—facing relentless bullying, the loss of my father, and struggles in nearly every aspect of life—she never left my side. Even over the summer, the day after my dad passed, she showed up at my brother’s house with cupcakes and tea, sitting with me for hours. Now, as a counselor myself, she continues to be my mentor, inspiring me daily with her wisdom, tireless dedication, and unmatched ability to support students in need."
